After living in a number of different homes, we decided to build our dream home. Armed with our wish list, we visited with three architects. Charles Page was the last one we spoke to. Chuck listened to our requests and in a timely fashion returned with drawings that incorporated everything we wanted! He was the only one to do that. It was as if he could see our dreams himself. The next step, of course, was the construction phase. We were warned by many well intentioned friends and associates to avoid the process of custom building a home. Ignoring the advice, we proceeded and were pleasantly surprised with the seamless building process. We experienced no problems and the entire construction process was a enjoyable experience. The construction of our home was scheduled for completion in eleven months and was completed right on schedule. The Page experience from conception to occupancy was thoroughly professional. Their professionalism made the entire process a joy, not the horror story we were told to expect.

Once more, we want to tell you how pleased we are with our house. We have lived in it now for seven years and are now finishing off our lower level.

Not only is the house beautiful, always receiving raves from friends and family who see it for the first time, the country French style reflects perfectly our desire to have a house that is casual and comfortable for our family and for entertaining. Since we work at home most of the time, it is doubly important that it meet all our needs, including our office suite and workout room. We think it works because you listened so well when we were describing our needs and desires to you and then incorporated them in to the plans. When it came time to finish off our basement as a lower level entertainment center, we had only one choice for this major project: Page Builders. It was such a pleasure to work with the firm and especially with Russ and Catherine Page. When we built our house, they made every effort to accommodate us and were constantly thinking of ways to improve our house.

Russ is very responsive and easy to work with. He is always willing to do whatever it takes to make it right with the least interference with our family routine. On a number of occasions he suggested changes to make our house better. Not only that, he completed our house three days before the estimated completion date. This is why we turned again to Page Builders and Russ for the lower level. We have not been disappointed.

We are more than happy to recommend Page Builders to whoever is interested in having a superb house that suits their needs and is built with a minimum of difficulties. Working with Page Builders, building our house and now renovating it have been enjoyable experiences for us.

May I take this opportunity to thank you very much for the reimbursement for the fixup of our chimneys. The contractors did an outstanding job and we are very happy.
